What we are looking for
- At least one year in support or customer service; fluent spoken and written Russian.
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets and several concurrent enquiries.
- Willingness to learn SBP, invoices, USDT/USDC and payment statuses; care with customer data.
- Calm communication, ownership of responses and availability during an agreed schedule.
Marketer

- Plan campaigns and develop content, SEO, Telegram and partner channels.

- Test hypotheses, analyse conversion and acquisition costs and report results.
What we are looking for
- At least two years in digital marketing with B2B, SaaS, fintech or technology products.
- Hands-on Yandex Metrica or GA4, advertising platforms and landing-page experience.
- Clear writing, evidence-based analysis and understanding of CAC, CPL and conversion.
- Independent planning, collaboration with designers and developers, and campaign case studies.
Financial analyst

What you will do
- Reconcile payments, payouts, refunds and balances with provider records and investigate discrepancies.
- Analyse fees, exchange-rate differences and margins across products.
- Prepare management reports, actual-versus-plan analysis and cash-flow and liquidity forecasts.
- Improve financial models and data quality with product and engineering teams.
What we are looking for
- At least three years in financial analysis, management accounting or payment operations analytics.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables and financial modelling; basic SQL.
- Understanding of P&L, cash flow, reconciliations and fees; ability to validate calculations.
- Understanding of RUB and USDT/USDC operations or readiness to learn; confidentiality and attention to detail.
Each figure is the monthly salary level in Russian rubles. Schedule, time zone, employment arrangements and payment terms are discussed during the interview. All roles are remote.
