How AIROBO layers account and operation protection
Security in a payment product depends on several verifiable layers rather than one promise. This page describes available controls and user responsibilities without claiming absolute protection.
Access protection
Users can enable a PIN and two-factor authentication with a compatible authenticator app. Backup codes can restore access when the authenticator device is unavailable.
Never share backup codes or the setup key. Store them separately from the device used to sign in.
Sensitive action controls
Selected actions can require an additional confirmation. Outgoing requests pass server-side checks, and some operations may require manual review.
Verify an operation in AIROBO and never treat a screenshot or another party's message as proof of completion.
Boundaries
Availability depends on the provider, blockchain network, customer checks and connection settings. No technical control removes every risk.
